Maintaining the jewelry:
To best preserve our stainless steel jewelry, we recommend adhering to the following guidelines:
- Jewelry should not come into contact with perfumes, cleaning agents, and other substances that may damage its appearance and quality.
- It is recommended to remove jewelry before sports activities, bathing, or sleeping, to prevent damage or loss.
- It is recommended to store the jewelry in a dry and ventilated place, outside of boxes or places with humidity.
Warranty for the jewelry:
Warranty from the date of purchase, on the jewelry's plating only or if the jewelry arrives damaged/incorrect size (not as specified in the order). To exercise the warranty, you must keep the order number and present it if necessary.
The warranty does not include the following cases:
- Loss of items or parts thereof.
- Fractures, scratches, and tears caused by misuse or accidents.

Claims regarding personal taste, such as color, size, style, or suitability for personal taste, will not be accepted.
- Yellowing or discoloration of pearls or other stones incorporated into a piece of jewelry.
- The warranty can only be exercised once on each piece of jewelry.
- The recipient will have to pay the return shipping costs to exercise the warranty.
